Digital Media Manager II

We are currently seeking a Digital Media Manager II to focus on media activation across Google Ads channels: Search, Display, and Video. Your mission will be to help our clients achieve their campaign goals and maximize value through the deployment of cutting-edge campaign strategies. This is a unique opportunity for you to make a direct, visible and meaningful impact on the company and with our clients. You will be part of our new Digital Activation Team and will be responsible for helping manage the day-to-day campaign execution workflow across multiple clients and projects while increasing your knowledge and expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to determine campaign goals, channels, and strategy for digital campaign execution
  • Setup, launch, and deliver cross-channel campaigns across Google Search, Display, and Video along with other platforms as needed
  • Own campaign analytics and setup to ensure accurate analytics and measurement are being captured
  • Maintain, audit, and QA day-to-day campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on intended KPIs, business goals and budgets
  • Report on progress against goals (KPIs) and present relevant metrics and insights to the project team, management, and client
  • Capture best practices, measurement functions, and aspects of the job into templates, and reusable assets. Work with team to include in GTM Method
  • Project manage media priorities and tasks, ensuring timely coordination between project, creative, agency and internal teams
  • Closely partner with media channels, 3rd party vendors and Digital Activation Team to scope campaigns and determine pricing and availability
  • Manage media budgets across numerous campaigns, finding ways to spend more efficiently across paid media
  • Coordinate campaign details, audiences, assets, tags, and URLs with internal and external teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing at a tech company or marketing agency
  • Google Analytics experience required
  • Experience managing and executing paid advertising in other digital B2B social and advertising platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, etc. is a plus
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and project management skills, and is technical and analytical
  • The ability to create innovative marketing programs and/or partnerships to drive customer acquisition through paid advertising
  • Ability to deliver on multiple projects with firm deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
  • Capture and manage permissions for Measurement tracking by client, project, asset
  • Package, present, and capture measurement insights, for client and GTM Method
  • Ability to self-manage workloads against multiple competing priorities and deadlines
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and excellent follow-through
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to meet established goals while balancing other priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as a team member
  • Exceptional customer service skills and focus on quality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
